ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being ha@ at Greenport in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lots 4 and 5 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Lots of Abraham C. Sully" and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office as Map No. 447, which said lots when taken together, are bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of First Street where the north-
west corner of land now or formerly of Claudio and southwest corner of premises
hereinafter described intersects same; said point being distant 100.0 feet northerly
from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Broad Street
and easterly side of First Street;
running thence along the easterly side of First Street, North 60 48' 40" West
50.0 feet to land now or formerly of Wengenroth;
running thence along said land North 830 34' 30"East 171.07 feet; to the
'-' southwesterly side of Main Street;
running thence along the southwesterly side of Main Street, South 360 01,
00" East 56.80 feet to land now or formerly of McMann;
running thence along_said land and land now or formerly of Claudio, South
830 24' 00" West 198.79 feet to the easterly side of First Street and the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to Phoebe A. Thorn
by Chessman W. Thorn by deed dated February 2, 1942 and recorded April 24,
1945 in Liber 2440 of Conveyances at page 262 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County and by Benjamin C. Thorn by deed dated March 9, 1951 and recorded
March 26, 1951 in Liber 3196 of Conveyances at page 360 in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County.
