BEING, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to Phoebe A. Thorn by Chessman W. Thorn by deed dated February 2, 1942 and recorded April 24, 1945 in Liber 2440 of Conveyances at page 262 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County and by Benjamin C. Thorn by deed dated March 9, 1951 and recorded March 26, 1951 in Liber 3196 of Conveyances at page 360 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
