of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly aide or line of Third Street where said westerly

drain; running thence in a southerly or acntheasterly direction along said old drain

the westerly line of Third Street to the point or place of beginning. Said premises
are one hundred feet in width on Third Street and one hundred or more feet in width
on said old drain.
SUBJECT to existing restrictions of record, if may.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part
and the late Joseph Narsheeff, as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated October 27,
1927 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on November 2, 1927 in
Liber 1324 page 83.
