tioned land, 43.20 feet to an iron pipe and other land of William H. Price;
THENCE North 6 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West along said last
mentioned land, 69.90 feet to the southerly side of South Street;
THENCE North 85 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East along the southerly
side of South Street, 43 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

as measured along the southerly side of South Street from its intersection with the
westerly side of First Street;

THENCE continuing along the said last mentioned course and along land last
