party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part former,
ALL that certain plot, ece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying andbeing in the�il
lage of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
North and northwesterly by land of J. and J.K. Elsworth Company;
easterly by Sixth Street,104 feet; and southerly by Peconic Bay,
40 feet.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to the land under water and in front of and ad-
jacent to the above-described premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by John A.
Harvey, Sr. to Raymond A. Sanford by deed, dated December 26, 1952,
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber
4189 of Deeds, at page 55, on October 1, 1956.
