William Pemberton and Winona May Pemberton, his wife, by Blanche P. Young

on April 91h, 1952 in Liber 3339 of deeds at page 110, and a portion of the
premises conveyed to Richard I. Pemberton and Gladys K. Pemberton, his
v�. wife, by Herbert Fordham and Inez Fordham, his wife, by deed dated July 29th,
1943 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 30th, 1943 in
Liber 2300 of deeds at page 154. --
