BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the First part by Charles F. Thoet and Loretta M. Thoet, his wife, by deed
dated May 2, 1960 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May, 19, 1961
in Liber 4812 of Deeds at page 150.
