Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and known and do-
scribed as lot #155 on map of the Beebe Estate, Greenport, New York.
Said premises are fifty (50) feet wide front and rear and one .hundred
fifty (150) feet deep and are bounded northerly by land formerly of
heirs of Mary Corwin, deceased; easterly by Second Street; southerly
partly by land now or formerly of H. C. Ford, partly by land now or
formerly of Raymond Corwin and partly by land now or formerly of Joseph
Shipman; and westerly by land now or formerly of Hempstead.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Ruberta K.
McMann by James A. MacDonald by deed dated May 31st 1938 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on August 11, 1938 in Liber 1998
at page 531.
Ruberta K. McMann died a resident of Suffolk County on December
14th, 1955, leaving a Lest Will and Testament probated under file No.
254 P 1956.
