BEGINNING AT A POINT on the southerly line of Front Street, which point
marka the northwest corner of land of William B. Jaeger and is 286.99
feet in a westerly direction from the westerly line of Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE in a general southerly direction along the westerly line
Of land of William B. Jaeger, one hundred (100) feet to land of
William B. Jaeger;
RUNNING THENCE in a general easterly direction along land of William B.
Jaeger and parallel to the southerly lineof Front Street, two (2) feet
to what would be a point on the westerly building line of a building
now occupied by and on the land of William B. Jaeger if said westerly
building line were extended thereto in a general southerly direction;
RUNNING THENCE in a general northerly direction and part of the way
along said westerly building line as intended to be extended herewith
and part of the way along the actual westerly building line of the said
