York and bounded and described as follows:-
Northerly by lands formerly of Lina W. Moore; easterly by lands
formerly of Edward B. Waterhouse; southerly by Sterling Avenue and
westerly by lands formerly of Howard E. Roland.
Said plot being 54 feet in width front and rear, and 140 feet in depth,
be the said dimensions more or less.
Being and intended to be the sane premises conveyed to Leroy E.
Raynor and Mabelle C. Raynor by deed dated September 12, 1923
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 1080 of deeds
at page 592.
