The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by
Albert A. Olsen as mortgagor to FIazel B. FIorton as mortgagee, which mortgage
is dated May 23, 1963 and was recorded May 24, 1963 in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4105 of Mortgages at page 542 and on which
mortgage there is now due the sum of$ 3ncoeo with interest thereon at the
rate of 6 percent per annum from;Lvemkr< 1961 and that the grantee hereby
assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part or the
consideration for this conveyance.
