PARCEL I•
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being is the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by
land now or formerly of Charles Costa; Easterly by Fifth Avenue,
formerly known as Kaplan Avenue; Southerly by land now or formerly of
P. W. Clifford; and Westerly by land now or formerly of Thomas F.
Price; said lot being Fifty feet in front and rear and one hundred
and seven in depth, and is known on a map on file in the office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County entitled "Diagram of lots on Kaplan Avenue,
Greenport, N. Y." as lot No. 18.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the .same premises conveyed to Victor
Booth by Austin Bennett and Lizzie Bennett by deed dated January 27th,
1890 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 14th,
1890 in Liber 328 of deeds at page 440.
PARCEL II•
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, situate in the Village of
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: viz: Easterly by Fifth Avenue,
formerly known as Kaplan Avenue; Southerly by land of Evelyn B. Jaeger;
Westerly by the land now or formerly of T. Frank Price and Northerly
by land now or formerly of Nathan Kaplan. Said lot being fifty feet
in front and rear and one hundred and seven feet in depth- and is
known and designated on a certain map entitled "Diagram of lots of
N. Kaplan, Greenport, L.I." as and by the number 19.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Victor
Booth by PI.William Clifford and Estelle E. Clifford by deed dated
March 27th, 1890 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office
on February 12th, 1891 in Liber 339 of deeds at page 517.
Both of said parcels being premises of which said Victor Booth
died seized and possessed on July 3rd, 1934 a resident of Suffolk
County. Said decedent's Last Will and Testament probated in Suffolk
County.
