power and authority to them given in and by the said last Will and
Testament, and in consideration of the sum of ten thousand five hundred

do hereby grant and release unto the part iee of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel '
of land with the building and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows: beginning at a point on the southerly side of Adams Street
distant 128 feet westerly as measured along the southerly side of
Adams Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the south-
erly side of Adams Street with the westerly side of Main Street, said,
beginning point also being the point where the southerly side of
Adams Street is intersected by the easterly division line of premises',
herein described and the westerly side of lands of Fred J. Preston;
running thence along said lands of Preston, south 5043130" east,
62.88 feet to land of R. J. Tappert; thence along land of R. J. Tap-
pert, south 85015130" west, 29.88 feet to land of Martin Meyer;
thence along land of Martin Meyer, north 6039110" west, 63.20 feet
to the southerly side of Adams Street; thence north 85°47'30" east,
along the southerly. side of Adams Street, 30.90 feet„to the point or j
place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same promisee conveyed to Margaret B. '
Ireland (ftlyllargaret E. Grady) by deed made by James P. Grady, dated!
July 2, 1930, recorded December 29, 1930, in the office of the clerk I
of Suffolk Countyin liber 1547 of deeds, page 498, grantors herein
being the sole heirs at law of the said Margaret E. Ireland, residuary
legatees and executors under her last will and t2pngnt;
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest/of the grantors of,
in and to the land lying in the bed of the street in front of and ad-i!
joining said premises to the Center line thereof.
