WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

by the parry of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: South by
Front Street, ninety (90)feet; East by the lands formerly of P. W. Clifford, one
hundred and forty-one (141)feet; on the North by lands formerly of Cook, thirty-
nine (39)feet and nine (9) inches; and on the West by land now of Evelyn Jaeger,
one hundred and forty-nine (149)feet and six (6)inches, the said dimensions
being more or less.
BEING, and intended to be, the same premises in which an undivided
one-half interest was conveyed to grantor by Thomas Price by deed dated January
2, 1941 and recorded January 4, 1941 in Liber 2143 of Conveyances at page 181
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
