WITNF.SSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

New York, bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a point
on the westerly line of Fifth Street at the southeast corner of land
formerly of John Evansen, which point is one hundred (100) feet south
of the southwest corner of Fifth Street and Clark Street, running
thence westerly and partly along the land formerly of Evansen one
hundred sixty-six (1b6) feet, more or less, to the northwest corner
of Lot "C" as shown on map entitled I1Plan of Lots on Fifth, Sixth
Streets and peconic Bay, Greenport, SUffolk County, New york2 belonging
to Gerard S. Johnsen, Charles H. Bateman, C.E., May 190511 and filed
in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, running thence southerly
and along the westerly lioo of Lot "e" and partly along the westerly
line of Lot I'D" as shown on said map a distance of sixty (60) feet,
running thence easterly and parallel with the first course one hundred
sixty-six (166) feet to a point on the westerly line of Fifth street
one hundred sixty (160) feet south of the southwest corner of Fifth
street and Clark Street, running thence northerly along the westerly
line of Fifth Street sixty (60) feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOG~THER WITH all the right, title and interest of the parties of
first part of, in and to such portion of Fifth Street as adjoins
premises to the center line thereof,
