of Greenport; running thence along said land of Edward Ater-
house N. 17 degrees 06 minutes II 85.0 feet to a stake; thence
along other land of said Harriet C. Raynor, A. 74 degrees
24 minutes E. (parallel to said Sterling Avenue) 123.8 feet to
