MORELL and EUNICE CHRISTINE MORELL, his wife, both residing at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, also known as JOHN H. { MORRELL and EUNICE CHRISTINE MORRELL. - B. T. party of the first part,and JOHWOBLOM and JANE/OBLOM, his wife, both residing at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WfINESSETK that the party of the firstpart,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon orated,situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- Northerly by the lands now or formerly of the Church of the Holy Trinity.of Greenport, Two hundred and seventeen (217) feet; Easterly by the lands now or formerly of John Sweezy Fifty (50) feet; Southerly by the lands now or formerly of the Presbyterian Church and Society of Greenport, Two hundred and seventeen (217) feet; and Westerly by Main Street, Fifty-two and one-half(52-1/2) feet. Be the said dimensions more or less. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated November 1, 1923, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 5, 1923, in Liber 1081 of Deeds at page 506.
