Muir at al R I D E R (h) Two certain mortgages, now a lien against part of said premises in said mortgages more particularly described, given by the party of the first part to David Edwards, one for §20,000 dated January 2, 1953 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County liber 2188 of mortgages, page 413, on March 17, 1954, and one between the�same parties for :$10,000 dated April 21, 1956 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County liber 2636 of mortgages, page 453, on April 26, 1956 on which there is a total unpaid prin- cipal of 00,000 with interest paid to July lst, 1958, and the parties of the second part hereby execute and acknowledge this instrument for the purpose of compl y ing with the provisions of Chapter 502 of the Laws of 1938. The parties of the second part hereby assume said mortgage. SUBJECT to a purchase money mortgage,bearing even date herewith, in the sum of $10,000 made by the grantees herein to H. W.
