feet in width, front and rear, and 99 feet in depth.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Elizabeth A. Howell by Deed dated
the 21st day of March, 1959 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on the 7th day of July, 195" in Liber -
4653 of Deeds at page 535.
SUBJECT AND SUBORDINATE TO a mortgage in the principal sum of Y
$2,000.00, held by Sarah M. Hahn, which mortgage was dated the
2nd day 0f July, 1959 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on the 7th day of July, 1959 in Liber 321F6 of mortgages
at page 233, upon which mortgage there is presently due the full
am of $2,000.00 with interest thereon at 6% from the 2nd day of
July, 1959.
