Miller and Janina Miller, his wife, both resid— ing at Greenport, New York, f �7 N 6! y party of the first part,and Janina Miller, residing at Greenport, New York, F N ilO ll to party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece orarcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying and being in the illage of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated on a certain map of the "Wiggins Estate", dated May 19, 1853, signed by J. Wickham Case, Nathaniel Corwin and Sidney Le Griffin, Com- missioners in Partition, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as and by the lots numbered 174 and 175. SAID lots being bounded northerly by Linnet Street; easterly by Sixth Street; westerly by the Village of Greenport boundary line and southerly by land now or formerly of Giovenelli, and together being 100 feet front and rear and 165 feet deep. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by George W. Ging by deed dated December 26, 1958, recorded in the office of the clerk of the County of Suf- folk in liber 4571 of conveyances, page 124, on January 9, 1959.
