State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCELI:
Northerly by land now or formerly of Nathan Kaplan, sixty-eight feet; Easterly
by land now or formerly of the Estate of William Wickham, Twenty-five feet;
Southerly by land now or formerly of Betsy Conklin, seventy-five feet; and
Westerly by land now or formerly of George W. Oliver, Twenty-five feet, said
dimensions being more or less.
PARCEL II:
Northerly by land of the party of the first part, described in First Parcel herein,
Seventy-five feet; Easterly by land now or formerly of Estate of William Wickham,
Twenty-five feet, Southerly by land now or formerly of Estate of William Davis
a nd others, Eighty-five feet, and Westerly by land now or formerly of George W.
Oliver, Twenty-Five feet, be said dimensions more or less.
TOGETHER with a right of way over an eight (8)foot strip of land along the southerly
line of said premises to the easterly side of Kaplan Avenue, for ingress and egress;
said right of way being over premises now or formerly of George W. Oliver.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by George W. Oliver by deed dated September 1st, 1938 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 25th, 1939 in Liber 2053 of deeds at
page 158.
Reserving, however, to the party of the first part the use and occupancy of the
aforementioned premises for and during his natural life.
