by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release mrto the party of the second pan,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: On the North by land
formerly of Margaret Ryan; on the East by land of Giovanni De Lucca; on the
South by land Formerly of George Weber and on the West by Fifth Street.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Albert
Paolantonio to Joseph Lupshewitz and Ursula M. Lupshewitz, his wife, by deed
dated December 16th, 1957 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
December 20, 1957 in Liber 4407 at page 50.
The party of the first part reserves unto himself the use and occupancy
of the aforementioned premises during the term of his natural life.
This conveyance is subject to a first mortgage covering said premises
in the sum of$2500.00, presently held by Everett J. Warner, which the party
of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to pay.
