party of the first part,and HARRY J. MITCHELL and PAULINE MITCHE LL, his wife, O
both residing at Greenport, Town of SouthOld, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WPCNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and cbscribed

BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly side of Front
Street distant 364.16 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection
of said southerly side of Front Street and the easterly side of Third Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 84 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds East along
the southerly side of Front Street, 90.50 feet to land formerly of Wood and Chute,
Inc., now or formerly of Harry Mitchell;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned land, the following two
(2) courses and distances:
1. South 2 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds East 100.10 feet;
2. South 84 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds West 86.85 feet
to land formerly of Stanley H. Lowndes, now or formerly of Pauline Mitchell;
THENCE North 4 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West along said last
mentioned land, 100 feet to the southerly side of Front Street at the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same.premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by William H. Wood and Mary Wood by deed dated May 11th,
1926 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 12th, 1926 in Liber
1191 0£ deeds at page 188.
