BETWEEN Margaret McCarthy, residing at Greenport, New York,

party of the first part,and Margaret McCarthy and Jerome McCarthy, both re—
siding at Greenport, New York, as joint tenante,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
1 ALL that certain plot,piece or panel of land,with the buildings and improvements then on erected,
situate,lying and being in the Pillage of Greenport, Town of Southold and
State of New York, and bounded and described as follows: on the
north by Bay Avenue; on the east by land of Leo Goldin; on the
- south partly by land now or formerly of the Greenport Basin and
Construction Co. and partly by land of the Village of Greenport;
and on the west partly by land of the Village of Greenport and
partly by Carpenter Street.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part bydeed made by Ruby G. Goldman dated March
28t 1949, recorded in the office of the clerk of the County of
Suffolk in liber 2937 of conveyances, page 582, on April 11, 1949,
