THIS INDENTURE,made the 28th day of July ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six
nSBETWEEN PASQUALE De LUCA and MARIA DeLUCA, his wife, both residing

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the wound part,docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land of A. Kenneth Monsell;
Easterly by Fourth Street;
Southerly by Wiggins Street; and
Westerly partly by land of Howard and partly by land of Nitsky.
The aforesaid premises comprise Lot No. 20 as shown on
Map of Wiggins Estate, Greenport, Long Island, New York,
which map was made about the year 1853 and is on file
in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County. The
dimensions of said Lot are approximately as follows:
Eighty-five (85)feet on Fourth Street, one-hundred sixty-five
(165)feet on Wiggins Street, ninety-three (93)feet in the rear,
and one hundred sixty-five (165)feet on the northerly line of
said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantors herein by Edward T. Costello by deed dated December 2nd, 1947 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 5th, 1947 in Liber
2781 of deeds at page 355, the grantors herein being the same persons as the
grantees in the aforementioned deed.
