THIS INDENTURE,made the 25th dayof November ,nifieteenhundmdand sixty-six -

WILLIAM C. MONSELL and NELLIE P. MONSELL, his wife, both residing at
912 Main Street, Greenport, New York,
party of the first part,and -
WILBUR PALMER MONSELL and BERTHA RHODES MONSELL, his wife, both
residing at 24 North Cambridge Street, Malverne, New York,
party of the second part,

by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
PARCEL I ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of -
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line or side of Main Street
- distant Ninety (90) feet south of the intersection of the easterly _
line of Main Street with the southerly side of Bridge Street running
thence northerly along said easterly line or side of Main Street
Ninety (90) feet to said Bridge Street; thence in an easterly direc-
tion along said southerly side of Bridge Street One hundred fifty-six _-
_ (156) feet to land formerly owned by one Sutton; thence southerly
along said last mentioned land Eighty-eight (88) feet; thence wes-
terly in a straight line to the easterly line of Main Street at the
point or place of beginning.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
;i grantors herein by Oliver J. Monsell by deed dated January 10, _

PARCEL II ALL that lot or parcel of land situate in the Village of Greenport,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded

ill (132) feet, more or less, in depth.

grantors herein as devisees under the will of Mary C. Monsell,
