York, bounded and described as follows;

line of Broad Street with the Westerly line of Main Street and run ning along said
northerly line of Broad Street, South 830 06' West 93.69 feet to land of McMann;
thence along said land of McMann North 220 291 West 103.13 feet to land
of Thorn;
thence along said land of Thorn 830 24' East 66.26 feet to said westerly
line of Main Street;
thence along said westerly line of Main Street, South 360 Ol' East 113.33
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INC ENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantors herein by J. S. Gleason, Jr., as Administrator of Veterans Affairs,
by heed dated January 4th, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on February 18th, 1963 in Liber 5308 of deeds at page 580.
This conveyance is subject to a first mortgage held by The Union
Savings Bank originally in the sumo£$15,000.00, now reduced to $13,878,79,
dated July 1st, 1963 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on July
26th, 1963 in Liber 4157 of mortgages at page 497, which mortgage the party
of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to pay.
