Thomas, deceased, running thence in a general southerly direction along land last mentioned forty-three (43) feet to land of John Geffge, running thence in a general westerly direction along land of John Geffge and alo g land of Lewis and Viola Griffing to the northwesterly corner of said las mentioned land, running thence in a general southerly direction a distance of five (5) feet, running thence in a general westerly direction along land of Walter and Marjorie Gaffga to the easterly line of Second Street, runling thence in a general northerly direction along the easterly line of Secon Street a distance of forty-eight (48) feet, more or less, to the point o place of beginning, LKR4645 PA(;E366 TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part, of-; in and to such portion of Second Street as adjoins the said premises to the center line thereof.
