from the intersection of the easterly side of Sixth Street with the
southerly side of Plint Street; running thence from said point of
beginning easterly, along the southerly line of land of John Russell
and wife, 115 feet to land of Louisa and Angelo Corrozzo; thenoe
running southerly along the westerly line cf land last msntioned,
50 feet to land of Richard M. Smith and wife; thence running west-
erly along the northerly line of 8aid land of Smith, 115 feet to
the easterly line of Sixth Street; thence northerly, along the
easterly side of Sixth Street, 50 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by John Russell and Carrie E. Rus-
sel, his wife, dated ~ebruary 25, 1960, recorded in liber 4775 at
oonveyances, page 13, in the Suffolk county olerk's office on the
29th day of Fsbruary, 1960.
