thence in a northerly direction on a line parallel with the westerly
line of Fifth Street, a distance of 100 feet to a point and land of
Riley{ running thence in a westerly direction, along the southerly
line of land of Riley and parallel to the northerly line of Clark
Street, a distance of 65 feet, more or less, to a point and land
now or formerly o£ Hanff; running thence in a southerly direction
along the easterly line of said land of Hanff, a distance of 100 .
feet to the northerly line of Clark Street; running thence in an
easterly direction, along the northerly line of Clark Street, a
distance of 65 feet, more or less, to the point or place of

IBEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by Willard A. McLeod, dated December
