Methodist Episcopal Church Society; said piece of land being 10 feet
In width, front and rear and 165 feet deep.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by
Frederick C. Beebe and Rosaline Beebe, his wife, to The Methodist
Episcopal Church Society of Greenport by deed dated April 5, 1912 and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk April
26, 1912, liber 809 of conveyances, page 486, in which deed the
parties of the first part therein reserved unto themselves, their
heirs and assigns, the right to pass and repass over the premises
therein conveyed either on foot or with vehicles.
