Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Front Street,
distant 120.76 feet westerly from the corner formed by the inter—
section of the southerly side of Front Street and the westerly
side of Fourth Street, and from said point of beginning, running
south 0033140" east, a distance of 63.26 feet to a monument;
.. thence south 8035120" west, a distance of 50.01 feet to a monument;

thence north 6°48130" east, a distance of 100.82 feet to a point
on the southerly side of Front Street; thence along the southerly

feet to a monument at the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated December 22, 1934, recorded
December 24, 1934, in the office of the Suffolk county clerk,
liber 1794 of conveyances, page 337.
