WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,p'me or parcel of fund,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being fn the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, bounded and described,as follows:
Northerly by land now or formerly of Betsey M. Haskell; Easterly by First
Street; Southerly by land now or formerly of Prince, and; Westerly partly by
land formerly of Samuel Bailey and partly by land now or formerly of Kate L.
Chapman. Said parcel being 75 feet in width front and rear and 150 feet in depth,
be the same more or less.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Ansel V. Young
and Blanche P. Young to Arthur P. White and Helen White be deed dated
October 10, 1923, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
October 16, 1934, in Liber 1785 of Deeds at page 48 and the same premises of
which the said Helen White died seized and possessed.
