lying and being in the incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Parcel No. 1. On the east by Third Street, fifty feet; on the north by land of
Mary S. Corwin, one hundred twenty-five feet; on the west by land of Stanley S.
Corwin, fifty feet, and on the south by land of Meyers, Jr., or his assigns, one
hundred twenty-five feet.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Stanley S. and
Josephine C. Corwin by deed dated Sept. 2, 1946 and recorded Sept. 13, 1946
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2621 of deeds at page 209.
Parcel No. Z. On the north by land now or formerly of Roman Wallace, on the
east by parcels numbers one and three, on the south by land of Michele Checklick
and on the west by property of the Village of Greenport, formerly McCann.
Together with all of the right, title and interest of the grantors of, in and to
the waters and the lands under the waters of Silver Lake adjoining said premises
on the west.
Parcel No. 3. On the north by land now or formerly of Roman Wallace, on the
east by Third Street, on the south by parcel number one and on the west by parcel
number two.
Parcel number two being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
Stanley S. Corwin by deed dated April 17th, 1962 and recorded April 19th, 1962
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 5154 of deeds at page 118, and parcel
number three being part of the premises of which D. Stanley Corwin died seized
and possessed.
Parcel No. 4. On the north by land of Oscar Goldin, on the east by land now
or formerly of P. W itritzki, on the south by land now or formerly of Oscar Goldin
and on the west by Third Street.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Stanley S. Corwin by
deed dated February 20, 1950 and recorded February 24, 1950 in Liber 3048 of

Parcel No. 5. On t he north by lands of C. Brandi, formerly of Fiske, on the
east by lands of Horton, on the.south by lands formerly of Perham, and on the
west by Second Street.
The grantors represent that parcels one, two and three are contiguous
and taken together are bounded northerly by land formerly of Wallace, easterly
by Third Street, southerly by land of Checklick and westerly by land of the
Village of Greenport, and that the fee to the right of way running from the
easterly line of parcel number two to the westerly line of Third Street and
all easements therein are hereby merged and conveyed to the grantee.
