sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described

the intersection formed by said line with the easterly line of
Third Street, and from said point of beginning running thence

East 51.0 feet, thence along land of Schiavoni South 5e 26r- 30"
East 124.96 Peet to the northerly line of Front Street, thence
along said line South 84" 331 30" West 51.0 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
