Parcel 2: situated on the easterly side of Fourth Street, sometime known as Germania Avenue in the said Village of Greonport, Suffolk County, Now York and being triangular in shape bounded westerly by Foote Street; northerly by land formerly of Appolt Estate; southerly partly by land formerly of Lillian Hassett, partly by Parcel No. 1. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same promises conveyed by Joseph R. Smith et ora to Edward B. Smith by doed dated November 17, 1933 and recorded in the Suffolk County.Clerk's Office in Liber 1746 of Deeds at page 457 on. January 4, 1934, and thereafter conveyed by Edward B. Smith to the party of the first part herein by dead dated June 7, 196$.
