map filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, entitled
"Map or Survey of Sterling Manor, property of John A. Monsell";
easterly by Lot No. 86 as shown on said map; southerly by Manor
'. Place; and westerly by land conveyed by Ralph T. Preston to Ira J.
Horne, Jr, by Deed dated October 1st, 1946 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 9th, 1947 in Liber 2703 of
Deeds at Page 184.
PARCEL NO. 2. Lot No. 68 as shown on a certain map filed in the
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, entitled "Map or Survey of
<. Sterling Manor, property of John A. Monsell", bounded northerly by
Monsell Place, easterly by Lot No. 69 as shown on said Map; southerly
by other land of the party of the first part (Parcel No. 1 above
f described), and westerly by Lot No. 67 as shown on said Map.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Lydia M. Newson by deed dated the 31st day of
July, 1948, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on August 2nd, 1948 in Liber 2856 of Deeds at Page 57•
