his heirs and assigns forever,

ments thereon situate, lying and being on the north side of South Street
in the Village of Greenport, Sown of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an iron nipe set
on the northerly side of S xith Street, 125.0 feet westerly along said
northerly line from its intersection with the westerly line of Fourth
Avenue, said pipe being the southwesterly corner of land of Capuano and
the snutheasterly corner of the premises hereinafter described; from
said vo7nt of beginning running along said northerly line of South
Street, North 760 291 West 50.0 feet to an iron pipe and land of
Goehreng; thence along said land of Geehreng and parallel with said
+lesterly line of Fourth Avenue, North 140 511 East 99.23 feet to an iron -
uir.e and land of Warner, formerly of Brown; thence along said land of

Warner, South 750 39' Best 50.0 feet to an iron pipe and said land of
Capuano; thence along said land of Capuano and parallel with said
westerly line of Fourth Avenue, South 140 51' West 98.50 feet to the
point; of beginnings.
' Subject to an easement of a right of ways running with the land over
the westerly portion of the said property and being 10 feet in width and
beginning-:on South Street and running along the western boundary of the
said property to the property of Elizabeth Brown northerly and in the
rear of the parcel above set forth.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Elizabeth Brown, also known as Eliza Brown, by
deed dated June 15th, 1950, and recorded in the Suffolk C unty Clerk's
office on June 19th, 1950 in Liber 3090 of deeds at page 230.
