Claudio, residing at Greenport, New York, party of the first part,and Lesterbev Corporation, a domestic corporation having its principal place of business at Greenport, New York, T CC V ,y -' party of the second part, m U 's WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of one & no/too ($1.00) ' .. zs dollars, lawful money of the United Statesand other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,pic.e or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: ` BEGINNING at a point at the southwest corner thereof which point is 51.79 feet northerly along the easterly line of Main Street from a granite monument set on the said easterly line of Main Street and which point is likewise the northwesterly corner of land formerly of George B. Preston as established by deed dated October 1, 1930, and recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's office in liber 1531 of deeds, page 184, on October 6, 1930; running thence easterly, along said lands formerly of George B. Preston, 32.50 feet, more or less, to land of Greenport Basin& Construction Co.; running thence northerly, along said lands, to land formerly of G. Frank Tuthill, now of Washington White; running thence westerly, along lands last mentioned, to the easterly line of Main Street; thence southerly, along the easterly line of Main Street to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way 10 feet in width over land immediately adjacent on the north to the premises above described running from the premises above described to a certain right of way running east and west adjacent to said lands immediately to the north of the premises above described, which right of way hereby granted extends 10 feet wide running north and south immediately to the west of the aforesaid lands of the Greenport Basin& Construction Co. TOGETHER with all other easements and rights of way adjacent or appurtenant to or abutting the premises herein described. TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to - that portion of Main Street adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by Fred Martin and Irene Martin, his wife, which said deed is recorded in liber 3473 of conveyances, page 563, in said county clerk's office.
