Greenport, New York on which there remains unpaid the sum of Three

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Oscar
Goldin to Thomas V. Garland, by deed dated July 20th 1957, recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 24th 1957, in Liber 4334 of deeds
