Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated on a certain man entitled, "Plan of Lots on Fifth and Sixth
Streets and Pec011ic Bay, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, belonging
to Gerard SJohnson, C. H. Bateman, Engineer and Surveyor, May 19th,
19051' and filed in the Office of tle Clerk of the County of Suffolk as
and by the Lot Number 9, which said lot is bounded and described with
reference to said map as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of Sixth Street at the
intersection of the northerly line of Johnson Court (Place) as laid down
on said map and
RUNNIiVG THENCE North 7 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East by and with
the easterly line of Sixth Street 70 feet to an iron pipe adjoining Lot
No. 8 as laid down on said map;

THENCE South 82 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East by and with the
