Cook; Easterly partly by land of Martha Ketcham Estate and partly by the westerly end of Adams Street; Southerly by land of G. Frank Tuthill, and Westerly by land owned or occupied by Marco and Teresa Schiavoni. The dimensions of the above described parcel being one hundred forty-three feet and three inches (143 ft. 3 in.) more or less on the easterly and westerly sides and seventy-one feet and two inches (71 ft. 2 in.) more or less on the northerly and southerly sides, together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. Andrew C. Kehl, Sr, died intestate a resident of Suffolk County on July 13, 1964. The Suffolk County Surrogate issued letters of administration to Andrew C. Kehl, Jr., the grantee herein, on July 30, 1964, File #343 A 1964. The said Andrew C. Kehl, Sr. was survived only by his two children, Lena Dorothy Slodki, the grantor herein, and Andrew C. Kehl, Jr., the grantee herein. The title of Andrew C. Kehl, Sr. was derived from con- veyances recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in: Liber 2283 at Page 505, Liber 2283 at Page 507, Liber 2283 at Page 509, Liber 2283 at Page 511, Liber 2283 at Page 513, Liber 2285 at Page 128 and the Estate of Thomas Welsh who died a resi- dent of Suffolk county., the father of Andrew C. Kehl Sr. 's who also died a resident deceased wife DorothyWelsh Kehl o , of Suffolk County. Y
