ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
_ Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land owned or occupied by William H. Cook; Easterly
partly by land of Martha Ketcham Estate and partly by the westerly
end of Adams Street; Southerly by land of G. Frank Tuthill, and
Westerly by land owned or occupied by Marco and Teresa Schiavoni.
The dimensions of the above described parcel being one hundred

sides, together with the appurtenances and all the estate and

HEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as described in deed
made by Lena Dorothy Slodki to Andrew C. Kehl, Jr. of even date
and intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
