ZJU that certain plot, piece or cartel of land, lying and being in the
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated on a certain map signed by Nathaniel
Corwin, Sidney L. Griffin and J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in Partition,
entitled Map of Wiggins Estate, Greenport, New York, duly filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, as and by the Lot Number
One Hundred Sixty-nine (169) and bounded and described with reference to
said map as follows: - Northerly by Lot Number One Hundred Sixty-eight
(168), One Hundred Sixty-five (165) feet more or less; Easterly by Sixth
Street, Fifty (50) Feet; Southerly by Lot Number One Hundred Seventy
(170) One Hundred Sixty-five (165) Feet more or less; and Westerly by
land now or formerly of William Y. Brown, Fifty (50) Feet.
TOGETHER with the land lying in Sixth Street opposite and adjoining
the above described land to the centre thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Martin Zanowski and Helen Zanowski, his wife, by deed

dated August 30th, 1946, and recorded in the Suffolk. County Clerk's
Office in Liber 2620 of Deeds, Page 372, on the 12th day of September,
1946.
