THIS INDENTURE,made the 15th day of October ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five
BETWEEN HAROLD K. HAMILTON, residing at Fourth and Wiggins Streets,
Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,

party of the first part and WILLARD C. KLOTZ and ANNE KLOTZ, his wife, both
residing in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York,
party of the second part,
VVITNFSSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release no
the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, --
lying and being in the Village of Greenport in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 17 on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Commissioners Sale, Wiggins Estate" and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County in 1853 as Map No. 534, which said lot is more particularly
hounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly line
of Wiggins Street with the westerly line of Fourth Street; and
running thence South Go 58' 40" West along the westerly line of Fourth
Street, 113.87 feet to land of the Long Island Railroad;
thence South 860 22' 40" West along said last mentioned land, 50.59 feet
to land of Gentile;
thence North 60 421 30" East along said land of Gentile, 118.49 feet to
the southerly line of Wiggins Street; and
thence South 880 21' 20" East along the southerly line of Wiggins Street,
\\,x 50.50 feet to the point or place of beginning.
