of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and de-
scribed as follows:
Northerly by lend formerly of Lewis K. Case and others, now of
Joseph L. Townsend; easterly by Carpenter Street, southerly by land now
or formerly of R. C. Taplin, formerly of George H. Corwin; and westerly
by Main Street.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same — - - - - - premises conveyed
by Julius and Anna Levine to Nettie Rosenstein and by Nettie Rosenstein
to Katz of Greenport, Inc., by deed dated April let 1.49. Recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 3186 of deeds at page 107.
This conveyance is subject to a mortgage on the above described
premises held by The North Fork Bank and Trust Company, on which there
remains unpaid the sum of $7,387.50.
