Being and intended to be the Rome premises conveyed by Mary Ziminitsky to Wayland Jefferson and Sarah 0. Jefforson, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated April 29, 1953, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 1, 1953, in Liber 3509 of Deeds at page 452 the said Sarah 0. Jefferson having died a resident of Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, on August 30, 1960, survived by her husband, Wayland Jefferson, the grantor herein. I I i +i
