partly by land now or formerly of Fred Bohlke one hundred eighty-five
(185) feet, more or less; on the west by land now or formerly belonging
to Anita Searles fifty (50) feet.
TOGcTHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the land lying in the street in front of and
adjoining the above described premises to the center line thereof.
