THIS INDENTURE,made the ,?o day of ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six BETWEEN WILLIAM SENSEN and HELEN SENSEN, his wife, both residing at Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the first pan,and HELEN SENSEN, residing at Greenport; Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ___________________________One ($1.00)----------------------------dollars, lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid m n by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or o � m successors and assigns of the party of the semnd part forever, AIL that certain plot,piece or pamel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Clark Street, distant 115.00 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Clark Street and the easterly side of 5th Street; running thence South 82 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds East, along the southerly side of Clark Street 51.13 feet; thence South 7 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds West, along the westerly side of lands formerly of Conklin and Harris, now of Fox and Abrams, 90 feet; thence North 82 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds West, along lands formerly of Weber, now of Wagner, 51.13 feet; thence North 7 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds East, along lands formerly of Beadle and Kalin, now of Woodward and Mitchell, 90 feet to the southerly side of Clark Street at the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by George W. Von Hassell and Rose Marie Von Hassell, his wife, by deed dated April 13th, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on April 21st, 1964 in Liber 5531 of deeds at page 124.
