and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
On the North by land of the Estate of Victor.Booth, deceased;

and Catherine Monsell, his wife, and on the West by land of the
Estate of Thomas F, Price, Sr,, deceased and being fifty (50) feet
in front and rear and one hundred and seven (107) feet in depth.
ALSO all that certain piece or parcel of land situated at
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
.known and designated as lots numbered 100, 101 and 102 on a certain
map entitled subdivision map, part of the Estate of Thomas F. Price,
Sr,, which map is made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, dated November 29th, 1927
and filed in the office of the clerk of Suffolk County t New York,
which lots are bounded on the North by land formerly oT Nathan Kaplan
and on the east by land formerly of Nathan Kaplan; on the Son% by
lot #103 and on the West by Sixth Avenue.
And it is understood and agreed b the certain

Street, Maple Street, West Street and Seventh Avenue and running
to the property of the Union School District No. 10 on the Westerly
side of the said Subdivision Map have been closed at the junction
with the said Union School District No,10 property and they are
DEAD END STREETS. -
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Everett
J. Warner to Stanley Frank Skrezec and Marion M. Skrezec by deed dated
November 18th, 1947, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
November 19, 1947 in Liber 2776 at page 312; and by Irving L. Price,
as Executor of the last Will and Testament of Thomas F. Price, Sr.,
deceased, to Stanley F. Skrezec and Marian M. Skrezec by deed dated
March 16th, 1948, rem rded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office cn
March 19, 1949 in Liber 2808 at page.142.
