BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Richard T. Gilmartin, as Commissioner of Public
Welfare, County of Suffolk, State of New York, residing at Yaphank, Town of
Brookhaven, County of Suffolk and State of New York, by deed dated April 7th,
1948, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2816 of Deeds page 82.
